Guidelines for Oral Presentation
On behalf of the KSP 2025 Organizing Committee, we sincerely express our warm gratitude to all authors who submitted their papers for the Oral Presentation(OP). Please check closely the guidelines, presented below, which will help you through the preparation process.

- Venue: Room B or C
- Presentation Allotted Time: 15 min (12 min Presentation + 3 min Q&A)
- Only On-Site presentation
- File Format: .pptx, ppt, pdf (slide size 16:9)
- Submission: Please upload your presentation slides by October 17, 2025.

Guidelines for Poster Exhibition & E-poster Upload
On behalf of the KSP 2025 Organizing Committee, we sincerely express our warm gratitude to all authors who submitted their papers for the Poster exhibition. Please check closely the guidelines, presented below, which will help you through the preparation process.
All accepted posters will be displayed as printed posters on their assigned day, so in-person attendance is required. We kindly ask presenters to print and bring their posters to the venue. Additionally, all posters should be uploaded as e-posters to the KSP 2025 website by October 17, 2025. Therefore, we appreciate your preparation of both the printed poster and the e-poster submission.

Guidelines for International Poster Presentation
On behalf of the KSP 2025 Organizing Committee, congratulations on being selected for the Outstanding Poster Award!
The International Poster Presentaion(IPP) session selects outstanding posters from all exhibited posters and holds presentations and award ceremonies in front of the audience. Therefore, those selected for the Outstanding Poster Award are required to submit presentation slides in addition to the poster display and e-poster. Those selected as awardees will be individually notified by the Secretariat in due course. Please carefully review the instructions provided below.
